court said he started shaking around before it happened. the court officer said, hey, something is going on with this guy. boom, hall got punched in the face. >> way to tack on more charges. >> i've been doing this for 20 years and never seen anybody attack in court. >> primary problem of not accepting responsibility. >> could get additional six months because he's facing a contempt of court charge for what he did. after all this happened, paul only suffered loose teeth, sore jaw, back to work. >> i was shocked. i did not see it coming to ultimately say what was going through his mind, i don't know. >> paul told wsoc tv in all his years of working in court this hadn't happened before. but he had a pretty good sense of humor about it after it happened. >> no, i'm not a good boxer.

>> we're counting down to today's number one video but first number nine, going topless to serve their country sort of. >> hundreds of military wives across the country are taking their clothes off to raise awareness for an important issue. this is something called battling bear. it was created by a military wife named ashley wise and it's to raise awareness for posttraumatic distress disorder. you see her in the video pinning the battling bear pledge on a military wife's back using eyeliner. she came up with the idea after trying to find help for her husband who was at ft. campbell suffering from ptsd. >> i felt like streaking the general's lawn because maybe a naked woman would get attention and maybe they wouldn't sweep me underneath the rug. >> instead she took this photo of herself. incident i you see she's got her husband's hat on, her husband's

want to pull over. this moment was captured by cbc news in winnipeg. >> did it drop down a hole? >> this was in vita, canada, right near winnipeg. there were grass fires just consuming the area. on this particular highway, the grass fire burned out the bridge. and in this moment that this car went down where the bridge used to be, firefighters, emergency crews, were working on closing down the road. you see a car stopped with their hazards on. this car goes around into the smoke and falls down where the bridge was. now, fortunately no one was injured in this incident. this was one of two cars that did this on this roadway. >> after the first one, how about some cones or something. you know people, they will do stuff like that. >> according to some reports, there were warnings up but visibility was so poor you couldn't even see any kind of warning signs.

they have a photo of the two cars that ended up where this bridge used to be. as you can see. they are completely burned. >> oh my gosh purchase like you're driving into a fire pit. not only is the bridge not there but it's on fire. steepersh. than it was. >> we're just seven videos a day from our pick of the day on the countdown. at number seven, really do not do this. >> we've seen videos like this before. a couple of guys out on their sport bikes hot dogging on public roads. the guy on the yellow bike, doing a couple of different stunts. he's got a leather vest, sleeveless shirt, doing some sort of trick where he's sitting up on tank and kicking his feet off the pegs. okay. i don't know if that's the technical name for the stunt but sure, we'll go with it. these are quick and he comes off. tumbling, tumbling, sliding down the highway. it's a bad wreck.

the pool. >> i have a couple of videos from across the pond and uk. this one i'm sure you've not seen before. this is a man being dragged out of a pool by two fully dressed uniformed police officers. >> did he fall asleep while swimming? >> apparently he was causing a nuisance in the pool. he reportedly was screaming at kids swimming around because they were splashing water. sounds like maybe he had a temper. >> you know the cops are ticked. soaking wet now. >> eventually it was determined there really was nothing to do here so they ended up giving him a ride to his house. >> that is the weirdest story ever. >> some dude put on grumpy trunks. you're in a pool in the middle of the afternoon. what have you got to be sad about. >> this is our video on the sun. pay close attention to this man caught on surveillance video.
